OUR STORY
All Seasons Rental is a locally owned and operated equipment and party rental business located in Lino Lakes. We have been serving the community since 1996, and we pride ourselves with excellent customer service and high quality equipment. We have a full rental line tailored to fit the needs of home owners and small contractors.

The business has grown since 1996 when Scott & Shelly Carlson first founded the company and were dedicated to providing the best customer service in the rental industry. Over two decades later the corner stone of our company is still that same dedication to you, our customers.

We are dedicated to doing everything in our power to ensure that your rental goes well. We make a concerted effort to ensure that our rental fleet is well maintained and that our equipment is ready to get you through your job.
RENTAL INFO THE LEGAL STUFF
RENTAL RATES & POLICIES
RENTAL RATES:
You pay for time in possession. Prompt return saves you money.
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD:
Refers to the minimum amount of time an item can be rented for.
24 HOUR RATE:
Refers to any 24 hour period. Equipment with hour meters
include 8 running hours.
LONG TERM RATE:
Weekly and Long Term Rates are available call for quote.
DEPOSIT:
We require a deposit on all equipment. All major credit cards are accepted. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Proper identification is required on all rentals.
CLEANING CHARGES:
All rates are based on equipment returned cleaned. A minimum
of $10.00 will be charged for equipment returned dirty.
FUEL CHARGES:
For all small engine powered equipment we charge you a minimum for your first tank of fuel . Our fuel includes additives to help keep the engine running clean and smooth. You are not required to return this equipment refueled.
DELIVERY:
Delivery is available. Please call for a quote. Delivery is based on distance and type/quantity of equipment. Delivery is for curbside drop off only. There will be additional charges equipment needs to be transported beyond the curb.
DAMAGE WAIVER:
A Damage Waiver of 10% will be added to all rentals to cover costs of minor repairs that incur while in the customers possession. This is NOT insurance and DOES NOT cover abuse, misuse, or theft.
PARTY EQUIPMENT RENTAL RATES
Our rental rates for Party Equipment are designed to accommodate your weekend events.
PARTY RENTALS
Rates: Most party equipment is based on a 48 hour period.
Reservations: We REQUIRE a NON REFUNDABLE deposit on all Party Equipment Reservations. See our PARTY POLICY for more details on party rental.
We at ALL SEASONS RENTAL strive to keep all of our equipment in top working order. However, occasionally you may experience a problem. If this occurs we require you call us immediately so that we may help you identify and solve the problem so you can complete your project. We want you to be happy with the equipment and service you receive. If a piece of equipment is not working properly there is little or nothing we can do if it is reported after the RENTAL PERIOD.
LONG TERM RENTAL PERIODS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
We do not guarantee any item to do any particular job.
